Good to know

Do I need any experience to start?: None at all. Every class is scaled in the room, and our Foundations and Mat classes are built for first-timers. If you're unsure, book a private and we'll map out a starting point together.
What should I bring to my first class?: Just yourself and grip socks — we provide mats, towels and everything else. Grip socks are available at the studio if you forget yours.
How far ahead can I book?: Drop-ins book up to 7 days ahead, Class Packs 14 days, and Unlimited members get a priority window that opens earliest. Spaces are capped at three reformers a class, so we recommend booking early.
Can I freeze or cancel my membership?: Yes. Unlimited memberships freeze anytime with no fee, and there are no lock-in contracts. Cancel whenever life asks you to.
Do you offer pre- and post-natal sessions?: We do — our coaches are experienced with pre- and post-natal programming, best delivered as private or duet sessions so the work is tailored to your stage.
